These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Monovits website and your purchase of products from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Monovits LLC (“Monovits,” “we,” “us”) operates this store.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate. We currently sell and ship only within the United States.

Products and dietary supplement disclaimer

Our products are dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Pricing and orders

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We may correct errors, limit quantities, or refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including after an order has been placed. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will issue a full refund.

The MONOVITS name and wordmark, along with the site’s content, design, text, and images, are owned by Monovits LLC and are protected by trademark and copyright law. You may not use, copy, or reproduce them without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monovits LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If it cannot be resolved informally, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration on an individual basis in California, rather than in court, except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court where eligible. You and Monovits waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
