Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping options and rates

Available shipping options, current rates, and any free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location and the option you select; standard delivery typically arrives within a few business days after shipment.

Address accuracy and changes

Please review your shipping address before completing your order. If you need to correct an address, contact care@monovits.com as soon as possible. We can only change an address before an order ships. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, or if a package appears lost in transit, contact care@monovits.com and we will help resolve it, including filing a carrier claim or arranging a replacement where appropriate.
