What is in each formula?
Every product comes as 60 vegetable capsules: serving size 1 capsule, 60 servings per container.
- Berberine Complex 60ct: Berberine HCl 500 mg, Bitter Melon Fruit (10:1 extract) 100 mg, Banaba Leaf (1% extract) (Lagerstroemia speciosa) 25 mg. Daily Value not established. Other ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
- Turmeric 750mg 60ct: Turmeric 95% Extract (Curcuma longa) (rhizome) 750 mg, standardized for 95% curcuminoids (712.5 mg); BioPerine® (black pepper fruit extract) 5 mg. Daily Value not established. Other ingredients: Vegetable cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide.
- Advanced Probiotic 60ct: Probiotic Bacteria (5.75 Billion CFU†) 9 mg, consisting of DE111® (Bacillus subtilis), Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus casei, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Bifidobacterium breve. Daily Value not established. Other ingredients: Vegetable cellulose, maltodextrin, and medium chain triglycerides.
- Magnesium Bisglycinate 200mg 60ct: Magnesium 200 mg, 48% Daily Value, as magnesium bisglycinate chelate buffered (magnesium bisglycinate chelate and magnesium oxide) (Albion®). Other ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.

How do I take each one?
Suggested use, as printed on each label:
- Berberine Complex. 1 capsule taken 1 to 2 times daily preferably with meals or as directed by a healthcare professional.
- Turmeric 750mg. 1 capsule daily preferably with a meal or as directed by a healthcare professional.
- Advanced Probiotic. 1 capsule taken 1 to 3 times daily preferably with meals or as directed by a healthcare professional.
- Magnesium Bisglycinate 200mg. 1 capsule taken 1 to 2 times daily preferably with meals or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Every label states: do not exceed recommended dose.

Who should not take these?
Follow the caution printed on the label, and talk to your healthcare provider before starting any supplement.
- Berberine Complex. Do not exceed recommended dose. This product is not intended for pregnant or nursing mothers or children under the age of 18. Discontinue use if you experience diarrhea or cramping. If you have a known medical condition or are taking any prescription medication, consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement.
- Turmeric 750mg. Do not exceed recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18 years of age, individuals taking any medication, and individuals with a known medical condition including liver conditions, should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement.

What does the label say about allergens?
Every label carries the same statement: this product is manufactured and packaged in a facility which may also process milk, soy, wheat, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and crustacean shellfish. The full ingredient list for each product is above.
How should I store them?
Keep out of the reach of children. Contains desiccant packet for freshness. Do not eat packet. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing. Store in a cool, dry place.
The Advanced Probiotic label adds: potency at time of manufacture. This product may be kept refrigerated to maximize shelf-life and potency.
Ordering and shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
How soon does my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation with tracking once your order ships.
What does shipping cost, and how long does delivery take?
Available shipping options and current rates are shown at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location and the option you select; standard delivery typically arrives within a few business days after shipment.
Can I change my shipping address after I order?
Contact care@monovits.com as soon as possible. We can only change an address before an order ships. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
My tracking says delivered, but the package is not here.
Contact care@monovits.com and we will help resolve it, including filing a carrier claim or arranging a replacement where appropriate. The same applies if a package appears lost in transit.
Returns and refunds
Can I return an unopened bottle?
Unopened bottles in their original, sealed condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. The factory seal must be intact and the bottle unused. For eligible unopened returns, the customer pays return shipping.
Can I return a bottle I have opened?
No. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used supplement bottles, and opened product is not eligible for refund. This restriction does not apply to products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Contact us at care@monovits.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping cost, at no charge to you. You do not need to return a damaged or incorrect item unless we ask you to.
How do I start a return, and when is the refund issued?
Email care@monovits.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm eligibility and provide instructions before you ship anything back. Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be processed. Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we process the refund within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable except where the return is our error.

Where are Monovits supplements made?
Made in the USA with global ingredients, in an FDA-registered, GMP-certified facility. Every Monovits formula is Non-GMO.
